- Paying for tomorrow's service at today’s prices
You can choose to pay for your Suzuki Service Payment Plan in a one- off lump sum or opt for low cost interest -free monthly Direct Debit payments
Is my motorcycle eligible for a Suzuki Service Payment Plan?A Suzuki Service Payment Plan is available for all on-road Suzuki motorcycles and scooters, as long as it is less than seven years old
How long is the Suzuki Service Payment Plan? There’s a choice of two or three year's duration and the number of services included depend on your annual mileage. The quickest way to look at the options available is to use our quotation pages
What's included? All items associated with the cost of Suzuki scheduled servicing including labour will be added for each of the services covered by the Plan you choose – this includes the cost of materials, cost of labour and VAT. Plus, only Suzuki-trained Technicians will work on your motorcycle and only use Suzuki approved lubricants and Genuine parts
What's not included? The initial 600 miles service is not included as this is usually due before any monies are accrued into the Plan. Also, anything not included within the official Suzuki scheduled servicing for your motorcycle, for example, any extra maintenance work or adjustments
I bought my Suzuki motorcycle some time ago; can I still buy a Suzuki Service Payment Plan? There is no reason why you cannot take out a Suzuki Service Payment Plan (apart from the age exclusion detailed in Q3 above). It is designed for new and used motorcycles both at time of their purchase and during the ownership period.
If my motorcycle is covered by a Suzuki Service Payment Plan, where can I have it serviced? At any of the Suzuki Authorised Network of participating Dealers
How do I arrange for my motorcycle to be serviced and use my Suzuki Service Payment Plan?Just book it directly with your preferred Suzuki Dealer, remembering to let them know you have a Suzuki Service Payment Plan. When you’re at the Dealer, please provide a copy of your confirmation of cover letter or email. They will undertake the scheduled service and claim the payment directly from us
What happens if my estimated annual mileage increases over the figure I provided at Plan purchase? This may mean that your next scheduled service is due sooner than originally anticipated and may mean your Suzuki Service Payment Plan does not contain sufficient funds. If this does happen you’ll be able to make a "top-up" payment direct to the Suzuki Dealer
What happens if I miss a Direct Debit payment?- Please contact us as soon as you realise this has happened and we will discuss how you can reinstate your Direct Debit payment
- If you aren’t able to do this and it results in insufficient funds in your Plan to pay for the due service, you will be asked by the Suzuki Dealer to pay the relevant balance directly to them. This value will be recorded the Suzuki Service Payment Plan system and shown in your on-line customer account
- The Suzuki Service Payment Plan follows the recommended servicing schedule set out for your motorcycle by Suzuki – most of these services vary in price. The Suzuki Service Payment Plan ensures you pay amounts over its duration to ensure that your Plan has sufficient funds in it to pay for the next due service
- If you’re paying by Direct Debit, the first value includes a set up fee to administer your Plan over it's duration
It's important that your Direct Debit payment dates are kept the same to ensure you collect sufficient funds to pay for services due, so, unfortunately we can’t change the date your payment occurs
Can I cancel my Suzuki Service Payment Plan?Yes, you can do this at any time by contacting us. You'll receive a refund excluding any services that you have claimed for and the initial set-up fee. Refunds will be paid into the account originally used to pay for the Plan
What happens if I sell my motorcycle? This policy is not transferable, to cancel the plan please refer to the question above

Please refer to the terms and conditions detailed on this site for full details about the Suzuki Service Payment Plan.
All elements of Suzuki scheduled servicing are covered by the Suzuki Service Payment Plan you have chosen to purchase – this includes the cost of materials, cost of labour and VAT (the VAT rate applicable at time of plan purchase will apply). The number of services included in your Suzuki Service Payment Plan is detailed on the first page of this document. These relate to your anticipated annual mileage, your Suzuki’s servicing schedule and the Plan duration chosen by you.
What is not covered?Anything not included within the official Suzuki scheduled servicing for your vehicle, for example, any extra maintenance work or adjustments.
Please note that your Suzuki Service Payment Plan has been calculated based on your anticipated annual mileage. If your annual mileage is higher than stated by you at time of Plan purchase, this could result in servicing dates being sooner than expected. In such cases you may not have sufficient funds in your Plan to accommodate the relevant services required and you will need to pay an additional amount to obtain the service.
Paying for your Suzuki Service Payment PlanIf you have chosen to pay for your Suzuki Service Payment Plan with a one off payment, these funds will be available to pay for the scheduled servicing detailed on your confirmation of cover letter or email.
If you have chosen to pay for your Suzuki Service Payment Plan by monthly Direct Debit, your confirmation of cover letter or email will show the number and value of Direct Debit payments required to meet the sums required to pay for the scheduled servicing detailed on your confirmation of cover letter or email.
How to make a service claimAll servicing must be carried out by a participating Suzuki Authorised Repairer. When you book your service with them, please let them know that you have a Suzuki Service Payment Plan. At the Dealership, show them your confirmation of cover letter or email - they will input your Plan details into the Suzuki Service Payment Plan system. Providing relevant funds are available, the Dealer will proceed with the service.
If your Suzuki Service Payment Plan has insufficient funds to pay for the scheduled service the servicing Dealer will confirm how much you need to pay to “top-up” your Plan’s fund. Any money paid by you direct to the servicing Dealer will be recorded in the Suzuki Service Payment Plan system. This situation may occur where, for example, a Direct Debit payment has been missed or where your anticipated annual mileage has increased leading to a service being due sooner than predicted. All of the relevant details concerning your Suzuki Service Payment Plan will be detailed on your password protected on-line customer account. These will include:
- Original product and payment choices
- Details of services paid (claims)
- Any additional payments made to a Suzuki Dealer to "top-up" your Service Payment Plan
If you purchased your Suzuki Service Payment Plan over the telephone and opted not to provide your email address it will mean you will have no access to an on-line customer account. You should refer to your confirmation of cover letter or email which will confirm your product and payment choices. For any other information regarding your Payment Plan (e.g. value of your Plan, servicing details), please contact Suzuki Service Payment Plan Administration Services by email or telephoning 0845 641 9743.
Servicing can be undertaken by any participating Suzuki Authorised Repairer within the United Kingdom.
Termination of your Suzuki Service Payment PlanYour Suzuki Service Payment Plan will terminate either:
- On the end date detailed on your confirmation of cover letter or email; or
- On your Suzuki having received all of the servicing detailed on your confirmation of cover letter or email.
Should any funds remain in your Plan two months after the last expected service date, they will be refunded to the bank account or credit/debit card you used to pay for the Plan.
Cancelling your Suzuki Service Payment PlanYou can cancel your Suzuki Service Payment Plan at any time. You will receive a refund excluding any services that you have claimed for, any costs fully or partially funded by Suzuki GB or one of its participating Suzuki Authorised Repairers and the initial set-up fee - set-up fees are £25.21 for a 12 month plan, £38.46 for a 24 month plan and £51.71 for a 36 month plan (inclusive of VAT).

We may cancel your Suzuki Service Payment Plan in the event of non-payment by you of any Direct Debit. If we do cancel your Plan we will inform you of any action. You can then request a refund - please refer to the information above that details how you can do this and the conditions that apply.
