EXETER MAN LUCKY WINNER OF SUZUKI COMPETITION

Ross Standen of Exeter, was the lucky winner of Suzuki's recent off-road competition, scooping the star prize of a brand-new RMX450Z enduro machine.

Ross, who entered the competition whilst visiting the 2009 Weston Beach Race, completed the entry form after being pressured by his friends and just a couple of months later was invited to the Suzuki Off-Road Centre at Wheeldon Farm in Devon to collect his prize.

Ross said upon collection, "I couldn't believe it when I received the phone call to say I'd won. I very nearly didn't enter, but after a bit of persuasion I decided to fill out the entry form. Am I glad that I did now."

Ross, who already rides off-road with his friends, but until now had had to borrow a bike, is set to get out the new RMX shortly and plans to visit the Suzuki Off Road Centre in the near future to brush up on his skills.
