SUZUKI ATV COMPETITION WINNER ANNOUNCED

25th February 2010

The winner of Suzuki GB's 2009 ATV competition has been announced. The lucky winner, Susan Kavanagh, took delivery of a brand new QuadSport Junior LT-Z90 to her home in Fareham, Hampshire.

Susan entered Suzuki's competition at the Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh back in June 2009. The competition received thousands of entrants at various shows across the UK and celebrated 100 years of Suzuki innovation with the launch of the all-new KingQuad 750XP and 500XP power steering models.

On hearing she had been drawn as the prize winner, Susan's reaction was utter shock "I can't believe I have won, blimey, that's very exciting!" The family already have plans for riding the ATV round the back garden and said they might even make a little track.

Richard Gregg of Suzuki GB handed over the ATV to Susan and daughter Jenny, who at 12 years' old is the ideal age for the LT-Z90. Having ridden ATVs at her youth club in the past, Jenny has persuaded her parents to borrow the neighbour's trailer and visit some practice tracks at the weekend.

Susan and Jenny's first plans are to attend the European ATV Safety Institute (EASI) training programme that comes free with every Suzuki ATV, then visit the ' Where to Ride ' track directory on the Suzuki website to find their local practice track.
