First Bike on Scene, First Aid for Bikers

The aim of First Bike on Scene (FBoS) is to provide first aid training to as many bikers as possible via their six centres across the UK. FBoS teaches you relevant skills such as managing the scene of an accident and knowing when and more importantly how to remove a helmet.

Each FBoS Centre has a dedicated team offering professional training to all delegates. No matter where you go for your course, the course is delivered to exactly the same high standard. The course instructs you how to:

1. Understand Trauma and the mechanism of injury.
2. Understand how to protect the scene and snatch rescue.
3. Demonstrate Basic Life Support.
4. Understand the correct procedures for spinal management.
5. Demonstrate the correct procedure for removing a crash helmet.
