The Suzuki Assistance package includes:

• Roadside Assistance. If your motorcycle breaks down at the roadside and is immobilised, an AA patrol or appointed agent will get you back on the road. In the exceptional circumstances where an 'on-the spot' repair proves impossible and the motorcycle cannot be repaired locally within a reasonable time, you can utilise the Relay service detailed below
• Home Start. If your motorcycle breaks down at home, Home Start will bring help to your doorstep. If the motorcycle cannot be repaired, the AA will transport it to the nearest authorised Suzuki dealer, or another desitination of your choice, whichever is nearer. (Relay is not available for Home Start breakdowns, ie, when the breakdown is at or within 1/4 miles of your home).
• Relay. If a prompt local repair at the roadside is not possible, the AA will arrange onward passage for you, one passenger and your motorcycle (including trailer/side-car on tow at any time, all subject to the restrictions on eligibility) to any single mainland UK destination. This also includes the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands; however any ferry costs must be borne by you.
• Message Service. If required, the AA can also get a message to a relative or colleague to let them know what is happening.

This 12 Month cover is only available when your new motorcycle or scooter is purchased in the UK from an authorised Suzuki dealer.

They have over 10 years experience with ATV and Off-Road motorcycle training and currently run a fleet of Suzuki ATVs and Off-Road bikes.

Set in the picturesque location of Wennington, Lancaster with 17 acres of woodland at their disposal, the safety training scheme uses a purpose built track to teach the younger generation of riders about the safe operation and maintenance of ATVs and Off-Road bikes.

The course is free but has a limited number of places, open to both boys and girls aged 11-16, particularly those interested in agriculture and Off-Road riding.

Established ten years ago, the MXCP is affiliated with the Auto Cycle Union and works to help young people develop their life-skills through a program of motorcycle mechanics, off-road training and track preparation.

MXCP also delivers the YOUTH MOTOCROSS EXPERIENCE, where the bikes can be hired out and professional ACU trained staff can teach the most basic techniques for novice riders to advanced techniques for the more experienced youth riders.

A fleet of off-road Suzuki machines has been provided, ranging from the DR-Z70 though to the small and big wheel variants of the DR-Z125 as well as the renowned schoolboy motocross machine, the RM85.

The pack comes with a number of different methods for marking your Suzuki in a variety of locations on the machine. The labels and stencils have been laser cut with a unique code and even if the labels are removed, the code will still be visible under UV light.

Registration

Once your machine has been marked with the unique code it needs to be registered with the International Security Register (ISR) and with Suzuki. Your Suzuki Dealer can do this on your behalf or you can either complete and return the enclosed registration form or go on-line at www.theISR.org

If you sell your machine or your details change the ISR can be updated accordingly.

Verification

The 24/7 manned contact line (no answer machines or recorded messages) provides an all year round, immediate verification service for information held on the ISR. This increases the likelihood of marked and registered items being found and returned to their rightful owners in the event of a loss or theft.

Service Campaigns and Safety Recalls:

Should there be a need to arrange for a service campaign or safety recall to be undertaken on your machine; are you confident that the unofficial importer will contact you? Even if you bought the machine second hand, the original importer has the initial responsibility to contact you. If you have bought a used machine you should check with the importer that they have carried out all service and safety recall campaigns.

E.A.S.I Training:

The safety of our customers is paramount at Suzuki. If you purchase your ATV from an official dealer you can be safe in the knowledge that every dealership has staff trained by the European ATV Safety Institute (E.A.S.I) to hand over an ATV to a new customer highlighting all important safety aspects. Not only that but all Suzuki ATVs come with free E.A.S.I training for the customer to improve their riding ability and overall safety when riding.

Official Suzuki dealers have access to regular technical training for their staff at Suzuki GB’s headquarters in Milton Keynes. This ensures that they are fully up-to-date with the latest developments and are trained to look after your essential piece of machinery to the highest standards.

Are you purchasing your ATV for work purposes?

If you are purchasing an ATV for work purposes, it is a legal requirement under P.U.W.E.R to use CE marked equipment. If your ATV is not an official import there is no guarantee that it is legitimately CE marked which could put yourself and your workers in danger and could have serious legal ramifications including fines, confiscation of machinery and even prosecution.

Did you know you have bought an import?

Your re-sale value may be lower:

If your bike is an unofficial import, you may find it more difficult to sell on when the time comes. Dealers may offer you less value for the bike or may even refuse to accept your bike as a trade in or for sale.

Your bike may not comply with UK racing regulations:

If you buy your bike to race and it is an unofficial import, there is no assurance that it will comply with UK racing body regulations. This could result in having to bring the unofficial import into compliance at a great cost to yourself. If the bike is not in compliance, you run the risk of not being able to race on the day due to failing the scrutineering or even being disqualified after posting race results.
